Jeremy Woolf has been in private practice since 1982. He has considerable experience as a Consultant to a wide range of mainly commercial clients including most of the main national housebuilding companies. Overall he has 33 years experience as a Chartered Town Planner including 6 years in Local Government and is an experienced professional inquiry witness..
Douglas Bond has been in private practice for the last 23 years. He was a Director of Chancellors, Chartered Town Planning Consultants up until October 2004. Since then he is one of the Principals of Woolf Bond Planning LLP. He acts for a wide range of clients, including National and Regional house builders (promoting PDL and Greenfield developments at the planning application, appeal and Development Plan stages), commercial clients (promoting industrial parks and individual commercial schemes, trade parks, petrol filling stations, motor car dealerships and other roadside uses), landowners and private individuals. He is an experienced negotiator of planning applications and an experienced professional witness at planning inquiries.
Murray Chrystal was employed by Chancellors from 1998. He has over 30 years experience as a Chartered Town Planner, including 16 years with various District and Borough Councils in Hampshire and Surrey, as well as positions with Chapman Warren and Bryan Jezeph Consultancy. His expertise and experience is primarily in development control and enforcement matters, including appearing at inquiries as a professional witness.

Steven Brown was employed by Chancellors from 2001 and is an Associate of Woolf Bond Planning. He has 9 years commercial planning experience and is a Chartered Town Planner. His experience and expertise includes providing general town planning advice to the house building industry (promoting PDL and Greenfield developments at the planning application, appeal and Development Plan stages). He is an experienced participant at EiP and LDF Examinations and is also a professional inquiry witness.
Caroline Miles has been employed by Woolf Bond Planning since October 2006. She has 3 years planning experience and has recently applied for Chartered Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute. Her experience includes providing planning advice to clients on householder developments, including promoting such schemes through the application and appeal processes. She also supports the Partners and Associates of the practice in advising the house building industry upon potential development opportunities, undertaking site appraisals, the preparation of supporting planning statements, submission of planning applications, preparation of appeal statements and proofs of evidence and submission of representations upon Development Plan documents (to include Regional Spatial Strategies and Local Development Frameworks). |
